• promotion of interests of trade and industry by advising various authorities such as the Municipal Council, Provincial Council, Government, etc 
• offering support for businesses by supplying information and services, both collectively and individually 
• implementation of a number of economic statutory measures required by law such as Trade Register Act, Establishment of Business Act, etc
